Referring to the management structure of ESO, Mr. Karahalios was a proponent of the permanence of the Secretary General (3 to 5 years), stressing at the same time that the EOT can be a model for public administration.
Without wanting to expand on the strategy and goals of the organization for the next time, Mr. Karahalios said that in 2012 and 2013, seeks to stabilize the situation and from 2013 to 2014 will unfold in the new strategy. At this point, it was stressed that the ESO will move in the direction of writing research on foreign markets.
